Who is Laura Burdese
With a twenty-year career, after brilliant studies in International Economics and a Masters in Marketing and Communication, Laura Burdese, he began his first work experience in Enel in Brussels. Later he gained expertise in Brand Management in the cosmetics industry in multinationals such as Beiersdorf and L’Oreal.
In 1999, Laura entered the world of watchmaking and Burdese Swatch Group in Italy in the capacity of Marketing Manager of the Swatch brand, dealing with the planning and implementation of marketing strategies for all product lines.
In 2001, Laura Burdese becomes Brand Manager ck Calvin Klein Jewelry + Watch, with the task of defining and implementing the business strategy for the Italian market. This position continued until early 2006, when he was appointed Country Manager for the Italian subsidiary of the Swatch Group, a subsidiary that now has about 500 employees and 50 corporate stores.
He now lives in Milan and Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), married with two children, Laura and Burdese and trilingual and a member of AFS Intercultural (International Association for the Promotion and Development of Intercultural Relations) since 1988. It ‘a passion for travel and practice different sports, such as Pilates, skiing, sailing and swimming.
In 2012, Laura Burdese is named President of ck Calvin Klein Watch + Jewelry Co. Ltd, a joint venture between Calvin Klein Inc. and The Swatch Group, founded in 1997.
