Two major events – the Grand Prix in Singapore and the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Tag Heuer – inspired watch brand Tag Heuer to create two models of wristwatches in limited quantity. Issue models Carrera Heritage Calibre 16 Automatic Chronograph and Formula 1 Lady Ceramic Chronograph is scheduled for September 2011. Both models will be available only in Singapore.
Model Carrera Heritage Calibre 16 Automatic Chronograph released in a limited quantity of 250 copies. The model is designed based on proprietary 16-gauge automatic. Classic round housing with a diameter of 41 mm made of polished stainless steel. Steel bezel is firmly fixed to the body. Housing is equipped with a curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Sapphire glass is covered with a special substance that protects it from external damage. Sapphire glass is also used as the back cover. Water-resistant up to 100 meters.
Black dial is a shimmering glow. He polished silver-modified applied Arabic numerals, color logo and the inscription Tag Heuer “Carrera automatic”. Time is fixed on the face of the central arrow hour and minute and small second hand at position 9 hours.
